Be Inspired and Learn a Trade Initiative - BILTIn is an initiative geared towards youth transformation through skill and enterprise development. BILTIn, was conceived by the need to build a synergy of young entrepreneurs who will be responsible for driving the wheels of the informal economy sector.

The unacceptable growing number of unemployed youths, single mothers and other vulnerable peoples has become not only a matter of nuisance but also a grave threat to the economic survival of our communities.

There is a huge opportunity to create sustenance among the citizens and to equip them to face socio-economic challenges. This can only be achieved through establishment and nurturing of informal micro-efficient production businesses supported by successful entrepreneurs, high net-worth individuals, government at all tiers and the private sector in an all inclusive effort to create an entrepreneurial State.

Therefore, BILTIn is inspired the need to take sincere steps to addressing the enormous challenge staring us right in the face.

Objectives:

The sole aim is to provide a platform to motivate, build capacity and empower participants (Youths, women, retired and retiring civil servants) in our communities with the needed tools to become self-reliant and have the multiple opportunities to network and be more productive.

To also encourage them to engage themselves productively in the informal to semi-formal enterprise formations and establish successful cottage enterprises to aid in economic growth.

To provide advisory and extension services for multipurpose cooperatives, farmers groups, youth and development organization in rural and urban center.
